This letter is absolutely spot on! It is sheer arrogance for PHE or any other organisation to impose medical intervention on individuals. They just don't seem to understand that it's not their business, they shouldn't even be discussing it! Teaching children is, of course, the correct action to take. Dental hygiene should be ingrained so that, when this generation of children grow up and have kids of their own, the good habits will be passed on. Water fluoridation is simply unethical and those in power need to recognise that.
