It would be more ethical and make more sense to provide fluoride filling stations for those who want to drink the poison. That way the dose is controlled by personal choice, vulnerable groups who cannot get to the stations have clean water on tap, and the environment is spared from contamination by the industrial waste chemical. Everyone would be happy, with no controversial debate and no legal challenges for Councils.
