I too have written to Southern Water and they rang back to say they are dealing with it so maybe they will comment on the situation this time.

I guess you didn't have enough shares Bill :)...I have lost count of the Tweets iv sent to PHE and Southern Water and not one response ever...What i would like to know is just how much power the PHE have that they can just ignore everything and steamroller through with there plans...On top of having an open public purse that know one seem's to be keeping tabs on or is even slightly accountable for...Just who holds PHE's leash...Southern Water need to grow a backbone and protect your life giving water's... Just like it's Customers are trying to do,myself included.
